Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Production Time

Our processing time fluctuates based on the volume of orders. Please visit a listing to view our current processing time. Once I ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. It can also be found in your account under purchases.

Lost Packages

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.

For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

An adult signature may be required at the time of delivery; high-value packages ship with full insurance, tracking, and an adult (21+) signature required upon delivery.

Important note for international buyers:

You may be required to pay VAT/import fee before your package is delivered. We are not responsible for any such fees.

Sizing details

We do not currently offer custom sizes; we carry (16x24), standard(18x30), and large (24). However, we're working on providing custom sizes, and it may be an option in the near future!

Can I get a color other than black for the design?

Sometimes we can use colors other than black for the design. Since we're not printing on a white substrate, as the mat is a light brown color, colors can be tricky. Color matching is difficult, and some colors are easier to accomplish than others. If you'd like a color, message us, and we'll let you know if it's one we can do.

Please note that if we proceed with your color choice, we do not guarantee an exact color match, but we'll get as close as we can. We CANNOT use white because we have found it does not hold up and dirties quickly

I used the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Send us a message with the correct address as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped or is returned to us due to an address error, a reship fee may be applied.
